Hi, I’m Sarah!

I’m a registered physiotherapist, Pilates instructor, and certified perinatal fitness coach with a passion for helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies. My approach blends over a decade of diverse training and experience with a compassionate, human-first philosophy.

  • Hands-on care when it’s needed: My extensive training in orthopaedic manual therapy, myofascial release, and nervous system regulation allows me to provide subtle yet effective care to help your body restore its natural balance and alignment.

  • Empowerment through education: I’ll help you understand what’s happening in your body, why it’s happening, and what you can do to support your recovery.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human body’s ability to heal, adapt, and thrive when given the right inputs - whether it’s through movement (like Pilates!), manual therapy, or simply through thoughtfully slowing down. My goal is to help you challenge any limiting beliefs about your body and show you how much it’s capable of with the right guidance and care.

Credentials & Experience

My career has taken me from sports medicine clinics to international competitions, working with high-level athletes and everyday movers alike. Since beginning my career as a physiotherapist, I’ve consistently invested in advanced training to ensure my care is current and tailored to provide the best possible outcomes for you. My certifications include advanced manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, myofascial release, Pilates, and perinatal fitness coaching.

Highlights of my experience include:

  • Serving as Team Physiotherapist for Gymnastics Canada’s Senior Rhythmic Team, traveling to international competitions like World Cups and World Championships.

  • Supporting clients through complex recovery journeys, including post-operative care and returning to high-performance sports.

  • Blending manual therapy with clinical Pilates and movement-based approaches to empower clients to take charge of their health and performance.

  • Helping postpartum clients bridge the gap between their 6-week check-up and a safe return to exercise or sport.

Through all of this, I’ve developed a unique ability to adapt care to the individual-whether it’s helping elite athletes avoid injury, supporting new moms in feeling strong again, or inspiring seniors to stay active and thrive.

Outside the Clinic

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me moving my own body: strength training, running, snowboarding, doing Pilates, or practicing yoga. I truly believe in the power of movement—for physical health, mental well-being, and overall joy- and I feel honored to guide others on their journey toward better health and performance. These days you can find me playing in High Park with my daughter, my husband, and our bernedoodle Emme - an everyday reminder of ‘my why’ when it comes to taking care of my own health!
