A Focus on Strength, Mobility, and Posture
Classes target key areas of strength and mobility, such as core stability, posture, flexibility, and alignment. The combination of Pilates and physiotherapy principles helps restore and enhance how you move in everyday life.
How It Works:
Each class is 50 minutes long and runs weekly for 8 weeks, giving you a consistent routine to build strength and improve mobility.
Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 6-8 women, ensuring personalized attention and support.
Before joining the group classes, you’ll have an initial assessment with me. This allows me to understand your unique needs and goals, ensuring the class is tailored to work for you.
